The kitchen at International Summer Camp Montana is a fascinating place and if you go there at any hour of the day, you are bound to meet somebody! Whether it is early in the morning when bread is being baked or late at night when the last of the cleaning is being finished, it really is a hive of activity!
Of course, all the food that comes from the kitchen has been prepared by our magnificent team, led by Chef Pascal Rey. When one considers just how many meals they are actually making each day, it really is incredible! Pascal has a great group working with him and many of them have been working at camp for over 20 years. Our baker Pedro is one such example; he has now worked at ISCM for 40 years!

In addition, the men in the kitchen are complimented by the team of ‘lovely ladies’ who run the dining hall. The ‘World famous’ Angela and her team do amazing work to make sure that people have enough to eat, as well as preparing the dining hall for each sitting.
We should definitely not forget to recognise these people who work very hard each day to ensure that everyone is well fed and watered!
